I’m not complaining whatsoever, its just that I’ve missed a couple of trips to the beach because of work….I need a vacation, a short time to relax get what I mean? I need a vacation badly…

On a lighter side…Josh got his Wii a week ago and he said I should try the boxing game so I said “okay, I’ll try it when I have time” a couple of days ago when I got home early from work, I decided to try the damn thing….Holy shit, a couple of games after (an hour and a half) I’m drenched and VERY exhausted…So..if you want to lose weight while enjoying….buy a Wii haha I lost 3 pounds after playing yesterday and today nonstop~

had a few drinks with glenn and some officemates…its amazing how you get immune to alcohol after some time…I can’t remember how many I drank and where I went after hahaha..its fun watching their transition from sober -> drunk…priceless

Took a picture…add a couple more bottles and thats how much we drank….covered more than half of the table..o ohh

Well, hopefully if things go well..I’d be on my way to the US by the end of the year or 1st half of next year…Although I heard there are a lot of zobel people in san francisco…I’m still not sure if I want to go hmm…

I’ve been working out for around 4-5 months and I think it would be good for me to write a weekly fitness blog to document my progress.

Total weight lost: 20 lbs
Goal: 65-70 lbs
How many more: 45-50 lbs

For the meal plan, I’m going back to the previous one:

Meal # 1 (Breakfast)
1-2 egg whites
1 serving of plain oatmeal
water

Meal # 2 (Snack)
3 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 serving of Broccoli or any vegetable available

Meal # 3 (Lunch)
1 Chicken Breast / 1 sandwich (whole wheat)
1 cup of vegetables
1 Large Apple/Banana

Meal # 4 (My post workout meal)
1 Banana
1 1/2 servings of whey

Meal #5 (Dinner)
Steamed fish / Boiled chicken (without the skin)
Banana or any available fruit

For my workout I do the 5×5:

Monday
1) Bench Press
2) Squats
3) Dynamic rows

Wednesday
1) Military Press
2) Deadlifts
3) Squats
4) Pull-ups

Friday
1) Bench Press
2) Squat
3) Dynamic Rows

Saturday/Sunday
1-2 hour run around the village
